WINTER RATES (OCTOBER 1 THROUGH APRIL 30)

 

Less than one month stays:

Weekly rate (minimum stay)                          $310.00

Less than one month stays (includes electric):

Monthly rate    $710.00 + metered electric

Daily rate (after staying for one month)           $26.00 + metered electric

Summer Electric deposit (due upon arrival)  $400.00

*Lock Site Fee: While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location. You can guarantee your chosen site location by paying a $10.00 lock fee. If the chosen site location lock fee is paid, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the site must be changed, lock fee will be refunded in full.

 

 

 

RV POLICIES:

Senior (55+) Community: DESERT VIEW MOBILE HOME CLUB is designated as “housing for older persons.”  One person residing on the Lot must be at least fifty-five (55) years of age or older.  Maximum of four (4) occupants per site. All other occupants must be at least forty (40) years of age and ALL occupants must present a driver’s license upon arrival to community. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet these standards.

Agreement: Occupants must sign an RV Agreement either by email or in person upon arrival.

General RV Appearance: RV’s must be self-contained, RVIA approved, no older than 10 years (unless approved by Management), must have its own towing vehicle (if not a motorhome) and the RV’s paint, cleanliness, and repair must be maintained at all times. Mechanical repairs, other than minor maintenance, are not allowed on your site. Water, sewer, electrical and propane systems must be safely connected at all times. We reserve the right to deny any RV or cancel any reservation that does not meet these standards.

Reservation Deposit: $100.00 to reserve an RV Site, specific site not guaranteed unless you pay a lock site fee. Deposit will be refunded upon check-in and first payment. All reservations less than 2 months must be paid in full upon arrival.

Once you enter into your reservation there is NO REFUND for cancelling or changing your scheduled dates except that Tenants staying over one (1) month shall give five (5) days’ notice when leaving Park if leaving prior to the scheduled Termination Date on their agreement. 

Cancellations: 100% of your $100.00 deposit will be refunded if Desert View Mobile Home Club is notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel in advance or to give sufficient notice of reschedule will result in forfeiture of full deposit.

Peak Season: Due to peak season, cancellations and reschedules during the month of February require at least 60 days’ notice for refund of deposit.

Rescheduling: For those staying over one (1) month, if your arrival date is pushed back by less than five (5) days AND you notify Desert View at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, 100% refund of deposit will be honored at check-in. Otherwise, $100.00 deposit will be forfeited for reschedule.

General:

Prior season rates do not carry over into the next season, with new rates effective May 1st.

Facilities may be temporarily closed for private parties, activities, maintenance or other health and safety related issues. Please observe all closed signs as posted.

If you arrive early, without notice, we cannot guarantee that your site will be available; however, if you call and notify us in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you.

For Summer (May 1-September 30) stays, electric is not included and will be billed separately.

RV Site Check in time is 1 pm, Check out is 12 pm.

PETS – Dogs known to be of a vicious nature are not allowed in the Park. No more than two (2) pets allowed per lot. See RV Rules for more.
