WINTER RATES (OCTOBER 1 THROUGH APRIL 30)

 

Less than one month stays:

Weekly rate (minimum stay)                          $265.00

Daily rate (after staying for one week)            $38.00

 

More than one month stays:

Monthly rate                                                   $660.00

Daily rate (after staying for one month)          $28.00

 

Winter rates include electric, water and refuse

More than one month stays:

PIGTAIL SECURITY DEPOSIT $30.00 (always required)

RESERVATION DEPOSIT $75.00*

 

*No guarantee on site choice for following year. Recommended to reserve spot in advance.

RV POLICIES:

Reservation Deposit: $75.00 to reserve an RV Site, specific site not guaranteed, though if you reserve in advance we will do our best to accommodate your site reservation request. Deposit will be refunded upon check-in and first payment.

Contact: You may cancel or reschedule by phone 760.329.7079 or by email desertview55@gmail.com . Once you enter into your reservation there is NO REFUND for cancelling or changing your scheduled dates except that Tenants staying over one (1) month shall give five (5) days’ notice when leaving Park if leaving prior to the scheduled Termination Date on their agreement. 

Cancellations: 100% of your $75.00 deposit will be refunded if the Desert View Mobile Home Club is notified of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel in advance or to give sufficient notice of reschedule will result in forfeiture of full deposit.

Rescheduling: For those staying over one (1) month, if your arrival date is pushed back by less than five (5) days AND you notify Desert View at least seven (7) days’ prior to your scheduled arrival date, 100% refund of deposit will be honored at check-in. Otherwise, $75.00 deposit will be forfeited for reschedule.

Peak Season: Due to peak season, cancellations and reschedules during the month of February require at least 60 days’ notice for refund of deposit.

General:

If you arrive early, without notice, we cannot guarantee that your site will be available; however, if you call and notify us in advance, we will do our best to accommodate you.

RV Site Check in time is 1 pm, Check out is 12 pm.

RV’s must be self-contained, RVIA approved and no older than 10 years unless approved by Management.

PETS – Dogs known to be of a vicious nature are not allowed in the Park. No more than two (2) pets allowed per lot. See RV Rules for more.

DESERT VIEW MOBILE HOME CLUB is designated as “housing for older persons.”  One person residing on the Lot must be at least fifty-five (55) years of age or older.  All other occupants must be at least forty (40) years of age.
